Euro Machinery seeks an experienced Sales Team Manager with outstanding negotiation and communication skills and a proven ability to lead a sales team.
Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the company's sales strategy in collaboration with the management. You will lead a team of 7 people: five Area Sales Managers and two Business Market Prospectors. Additionally, you will be responsible for building up a network of agencies and for implementing new market segments.
You will link strategic leadership to daily execution to drive performance and achieve Euro Machinery's revenue targets and growth objectives.
You will improve and coach the Euro Machinery sales organisation, building a winning team mindset and developing team skills across customer and product segments.
Overall, you will play a critical role in the success of Euro Machinery by ensuring that our sales team is motivated, effective, and aligned with Euro Machinery's overall strategy and goals.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Solid experience in sales roles with technical products such as industrial machines and equipment.
- Experience in managing sales teams, setting sales targets, and driving growth.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Technical knowledge of plastic recycling and converting machinery will be a plus.
- Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken professional level). Other languages would be a plus.
- Master's or bachelor's degree in management, sales, engineering or any other related education.

- Good teamwork capabilities.
- Positive mindset.
- Positive approach and acceptance of other cultures, countries and traditions.
- Experience in international travelling.
