OT Security Specialist, Renewables

Your position
As an OT Security Specialist, you will be part of our OT Security team in the Renewables business area, ensuring that security is implemented, and a consistent security level is reached in all customer projects. We are strongly driven by standards and regulations but also focusing on business opportunities in terms of products and features creating value. For this task, strong collaboration with other engineers is required to succeed.

We are the world leading supplier of engineering solutions for offshore substations and our Offshore Wind markets include Europe, Asia, and the USA, which means that you can expect to be involved in projects worldwide. The job will therefore involve limited travelling to other Semco Maritime offices, sub-suppliers and customers.

Your tasks & responsibilities
Acting in the role as the Service Integrator of systems and subsystems to substations, ensuring compliance to given Cyber/OT Security Standards, Requirements and Guidelines, your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Contributing with the implementation of industrial accepted good practice & industrial required Cyber/OT Security architecture on solution level, typically based on standards like IEC 62443 & NERC CIP
• Reviewing requirements/ITT packages and providing input to tenders consisting of calculations, solutions, descriptions, clarifications, and reservations
• Performing Risk Analysis and providing Cyber/OT Security System proposals/solutions for system suppliers
• Involving customers for Cyber/OT Security System solution acceptance
• Implementing customer specific Cyber/OT Security requirements in substation design for multiple systems and subsystems like SCADA, low-voltage, HVAC, Auxiliary Control and Monitoring System, etc.
• Providing technical documentation of the Cyber/OT security solutions
• Creating Data Network and Cyber/OT Security Architecture
• Collecting and managing system and subsystem Cyber/OT Security documentation
• Executing FAT/SAT tests for both sub systems and common infrastructure
• Coordination and planning with external stakeholders.

Your profile & qualifications
Most importantly, you understand OT security and how it relates to our customers business. You have good collaboration skills, and you can act in different cultural contexts. Also, to thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach as well as a passion for renewable energy and a strong sense of the importance of leading the change.

To succeed in this position, you must have thorough practical experience with:

• IEC62443, NERC CIP or similar standards
• Designing and implementing security, preferably in the field of industrial control systems
• Driving and aligning architectural development and principles in system context with many different contributors
• Taking responsibility to improve and meet customer expectations in an industry, that is undergoing major changes due to legislation and high impact business
