Do you have enjoy working with data in SAP? And would you like to be part of an experienced team? Then you might be McBrides new Master Data & Lifecycle Officer.
McBride is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of washing and cleaning products. We have 14 factories located in Europe and Asia. As our new Master Data & Lifecycle Officer, you will play an important role in ensuring that we minimize our destruction cost and have a high data accuracy.
You will be part of the Supply Chain Team in McBride’s Powders Division. Here you will get friendly and skilled colleagues in Holstebro, Denmark and work close with other colleagues across our sites in Europe. You will be part of a team of 3 – a Supply Chain Lead, a Procurement Officer, and a Production Scheduler.
You will be responsible for data accuracy and end of life for products
In this position you will have the overall responsibility of keeping our master data of components and finished products up to date to ensure the data accuracy (creations, statuses, BOM's (bill of material), routings) and minimizing the destruction costs (end of life).
Further responsibilities include:
Throughout all your task you will make sure to build and maintain effective working relationships with contacts in other departments.
You are eager to be part of a supply chain team
To succeed in this position, you will probably hold a relevant degree and have either gained your first experience from a student job or from a position in a supply chain team.
The most important thing is that you have good knowledge and understanding of master data and supply chain processes and terms like routings, BOM's, order quantities, safety stocks etc. or are eager to learn more about it.
Your communication skills written and verbally in English are excellent and if you also have good Danish skills, it is a plus. Microsoft Office is your preferred tool and especially Excel and preferably you have already gained experience in SAP or another ERP system.

In this position you will have the overall responsibility of keeping our master data of components and finished products up to date to ensure the data accuracy (creations, statuses, BOM's (bill of material), routings) and minimizing the destruction costs (end of life).
Further responsibilities include:
- Create/change new components in SAP to enable Procurement Officer to order components and raw materials.
- Create BOM's and Routings (costing and production) in SAP
- Manage end of live of finished products and launch new products via the event-system in SAP in cooperation with the PLM (Product Lifecycle Manager) in the Business Unit and the Production Schedulers.
- Manage statuses of components, raw materials, formulations and finished products in SAP.
- Place the first orders for new unique components in line with first production date.
- Manage the end-of-life process.
- Liaise with the Quality and Production team to sequence and minimise reworking of non-conforming products stock.
Throughout all your task you will make sure to build and maintain effective working relationships with contacts in other departments.
