Are you an experienced SCRUM Master?

Then you might be just the one, we’re looking for to our new team with responsibility for delivering solutions to our Commercial Division.

Being a global leading medical company requires an ongoing evolution – also in the digital platforms, which support all parts of our business.

We’re therefore looking for a senior SCRUM Master, who will be the one driving the team and insuring the flow of stories through the backlog.

Key responsibility areas will be

• Keeping the backlog updated and maintain user stories.
• Keep the agile process running and improve the agile ways of working
• Participate in Lundbeck’s agile community
• Interact with business stakeholders on issues relevant to keeping the team running

Although your primary role is SCRUM Master, you will also need to take part in tasks related to supporting Line of Business in training, roll-out as well as scoping business requirements. In short, you will be interacting very actively with our stakeholders, supporting them in defining the right solution before it enters our backlog.

Your background

We expect that you have:

• Solid experience in the Scrum Master role, and a background from project management / program management
• Solid experience within IT development processes
• Ability to understand the business processes
• A relevant academic degree

Experience with commercial applications within the pharma industry will be an advantage

Being successful in this role requires strong interpersonal skills as well as communication and presentation skills. You are skilled in driving changes and strive in facilitating the communication between Business and IT.
