As our new Business Intelligence Developer, you will be part of our digitalization team with the responsibility of designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions across various business units of our organization. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the alignment of business processes and data solutions, providing data-based insights to business decision-makers and helping to develop business intelligence to optimize effectiveness and predict business outcomes.
You are expected to: Design, develop, and implement Business Intelligence solutions based on business requirements. Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into functional applications. Maintain and enhance existing Business Intelligence solutions, ensuring their continuous functionality and efficiency. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the applications. Work closely with other digital teams to integrate Business Intelligence solutions with other systems and platforms. Qualifications
We are looking for a dedicated and innovative colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills and experiences: A degree in Computer Science, Natural Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in developing applications using Business Intelligence tools, specifically Alteryx and Tableau. Strong understanding of Business Intelligence tools, including Alteryx, Tableau, and SQL. Experience with SQL and data modeling. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Fluency in both written and spoken English. On a personal level, you thrive in a dynamic environment where teamwork is priority. We expect you to have a positive can-do attitude and be able to communicate clearly, precisely, and engagingly. Also, your excellent communication and collaboration skills enable you to interact with your many stakeholders at different levels. Furthermore, you know when to be pragmatic, and you derive energy from executing tasks and observing results on a daily basis. About the department
You will be part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) Digitalization team in the Digital & Projects department within our Manufacturing Development area. BRD Digital & Projects is part of BRD Manufacturing Development & Quality Control that has its base in Gentofte, Denmark. What other companies call Manufacturing Science & Analytical Technology (MSAT); we call Manufacturing Development. We are app. 460 colleagues who are the end-to-end station for product and process development for all BRD production facilities, driving innovation both when it comes to industry 4.0 technology and expansion of the product portfolio. Our aim is to increase the value generation to our Line of Business through a continuous improvement of our Digital Solutions. Working at BRD,
BRD is part of Product Supply, which is a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products. In BRD, we are not only supplying all products to people living with serious chronic diseases, but we also use our competences in biotech to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for .
