On behalf of NNIT we are looking for a manager to head up their Group Financial Controlling department. The manager will report to the Finance Director and be responsible for Group accounting, Group financial controlling, consolidation, external reporting, and tax etc. The area of responsibility includes four direct reports.As their new Manager for Group Financial Controlling, you will work in close collaboration with the local colleagues from Corporate Finance, line of business, and with their Group Companies.

Your responsibilities will furthermore include:
- Provide accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting for the group to the management and the board.
- Ensure all financial reporting is consistent with proper accounting and regulatory requirements.
- Preparation of all quarterly and annual reporting.
- Ensure high quality when it comes to compliance with IFRS and company policies.
- Provide leadership to the finance teams to ensure compliant / accurate reporting and strong internal controls.
- Performing internal control procedures and compliance reviews in Group companies.
- Provide leadership in reporting processes, ensure robustness and scalability.
- Participate in M&A activities.
- Ensure that NNIT comply with tax requirement in NNIT A/S and support our Group companies abroad on tax matters.
- Collaborate with external auditors.
- Process optimization within finance and accounting.
Din profil
Since NNIT operates on a global stage, cross-cultural collaboration is a given. Proficiency in written and verbal English and Danish is essential. No extensive travel is expected.
To succeed in this role:
- You hold a Master of Science in Business Administration and Auditing or similar degree within economics and finance.
- Experience from a similar position in a company with strong competencies in management, IFRS, consolidation and financial tasks.
- Strong IT skills and experience using ERP systems, consolidation tools, and Excel.
- Experience with driving change and process optimization.Your people skills are just as crucial as your financial acumen. You're socially intelligent, ready to communicate across diverse cultures, and unafraid of tackling the unknown. Initiative, structured planning, and dedication to meeting reporting deadlines define your work ethic. The prospect of working in a multinational environment excites you, and you're known for your "hands-on mentality."
