Our Software Engineer with Team Architect responsibilities is leaving for a new position in which means that we are looking for a replacement for our Custody team in Herning. The Custody is a part of the Wealth Management and Trading Domain, and we develop services like Custody, Aktiesparekonto, ESG (sustainable key figures on investments), Pool, Tax reporting etc.
As a Team Architect / software engineer, you will play a key role in building our Business Solutions and you will be a part of a dynamic team of three Business Analysts and nine Software Developers.
At , we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely an average of two days a week. Your direct manager will be Søren Mortensen

Primary task and responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the right architectural focus from detailed solutions to overall architectural roadmaps for the systems – in close cooperation with the Domain Architect.
- Be able to design the architecture of a solution and drive the development.
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code to support varied and complex IT solutions, that fulfil the requirements of our customer.
- Being an active team member and taking responsibility for developing and implementing IT solutions as well as new technologies.
- Participating in scrum events, where you share experiences, new ideas and create an environment that fosters professional and personal growth.
- Preparing technical and procedural documentation associated with IT development.
- Collaborating with the product owner and other teams to ensure the best possible solutions for incoming business requirements.
To succeed you will have:
- Experienced with Cobol, CICI, DB2, JCL, SQL and IDz/RDz, but also experience working with a decentralized tech stack.
- Experienced working with architecture ensuring solutions with high robustness, flexibility etc.
- Domain knowledge in the Wealth Management domain.
- The team is based in Denmark and Poland so experience in working in such a cross-border setup is an advantage.
- A curious mind with an open nature and desire to knowledge-share with others.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
