We’re looking for a Senior Data & Analytics Lead to take a driving role in the development of innovative data solutions to fuel a Data Driven mindset for stakeholders in our regional office and in affiliates across Europe. The Position As a Senior Data & Analytics Lead, you will be driving the ongoing development and delivery of data products through our newly established and now evolving Common Data Platform (CDP). You will be working in an Agile environment with regular sprint meetings and a daily focus on building new data solutions. In the role, you will be: Implementing Data & Analytics products in line with prioritised use case portfolio Leading the operationalisation of our Data Governance Framework Leading the development of an end-to-end use case lifecycle process within North West Europe (NWE) Make technical and strategic recommendations based on your strong knowledge of customer requirements and technical capabilities Collaborating with our team of data engineers and BI developers Qualifications The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills together with the ability to work across line of business at a senior level to influence and effect change to achieve common goals. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial for the role. Moreover, you have: Minimum of 5 years of data management and analytics experience, ideally from a consultancy or an industrial company life sciences / pharma would be an advantage Proven record of working with data & analytics delivery teams as well as managing projects ideally in the commercial space e.g. Marketing and sales Proven data literacy - The ability to describe business use cases/outcomes, data sources and management concepts, and analytical approaches/options. The ability to translate among the languages used by executive, business and IT stakeholders Experience with handling multiple distributed teams spread geographically Strong programming skills with Python and SQL is an advantage The ability to understand complex technical matters and communicate with impact to a variety of stakeholders with different levels of technical expertise as well as Experience working in a regulated industry is an advantage. Since you will be working in a global environment, you must expect some meetings to take place outside of Denmark. Fluent spoken and written English is a prerequisite. The position is based in Orestad, Denmark. About the Department You will join our team of Data architects, Analysts, Data Engineers, BI professionals and other technical specialists.
