THE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT TEAM
At the heart of Bekey, we are building a new Product Department, with Developers and Product Owners managed by our CTO. We are working in planned 2-week sprints to secure an agile approach to product development. We strongly believe in Test Driven Development and that developers should validate the functionality of the software they are coding.
Furthermore, we work with a structured and sustainable approach to continuous product discovery, which gives us the confidence to explore opportunities that can potentially meet customer needs. This takes time and we spend it properly, so we can deliver high quality solutions. Particularly when it comes to Security by Design, which obviously is at the core of our business.

We are looking for a human with a curious mindset and strong social skills. Since we will be spending a lot of time working together, it might as well be fun doing so. Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain our iOS app and iOS SDKs for 3rd-party apps
- Ensure that our iOS app works with integrated 3rd-party services updates (e.g., BT Classic/ LE, others)
- Cooperate with Product Owners, Product Managers and the rest of the development team on discovering opportunities, defining features and solving support requests
Need to have role requirements:
- 5 years minimum of professional experience in IOS App Development
- Knowledge of UI and UX design principles
- Experience with any of the following technologies:
- Programming languages (Objective-C, Swift)
- Experience using IDEs (e.g. Xcode)
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
- A deep understanding that we must always navigate between the immediate impact of a feature and the technical debt incurred by its implementation. You are able to carefully weigh the pros and cons and make a choice in favor of the company and the team
- You have very good oral and written communication skills in Danish and English
Nice to have role requirements:
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, AWS)
- Processes/Tools: Scrum, JIRA, Confluence
- Experience with app development frameworks (AVFoundation, RxSwift, UIKit, XCTest, XCUITest)
- Familiarity with Apple OS frameworks (Core Animation, Core Data, Core Graphics, Core Text)
