Are you passionate about Azure & Architecture and to help manage and modernize our Cloud environment? Then join SDC, Azure & Cloud team within our IT Operations & Infrastructure division You will be a part of a department consisting of 26 talented colleagues situated in Ballerup and Warsaw.
For the IT Operations & Infrastructure division SDC is looking for a talented Azure Architect to help manage and modernize our Cloud environment.
SDC is currently investing in several different IT-infrastructure related changes with the purpose of improving stability, performance, security, and flexibility while reducing costs due to consolidations, usage of cloud technologies, and decommissioning of legacy components.
We are in the process of changing our Management and Operation supplier on the Cloud platform, so this is a great opportunity to be a part of a new setup and have an important role in the design
Roles & Responsibilities
The right person will join a team responsible for maintaining and modernizing the Azure environments used in SDC. In regards to the IT Infrastructure in general the role will include a combination of hands-on tasks and design/architectural tasks as large parts of the SDC Infrastructure has been outsourced to third party vendors who make operation according to SDC specifications.
After a short introductory phase, the Architect will become part of the Infrastructure Services Department and thus become involved in the ongoing design and evolvement of the Azure & Cloud platform within the above-mentioned areas together with other Polish and Danish colleagues.
The Architect will join a strong team of resources which are working according to integrated collaboration principles where Danish and Polish employees collaborate closely to minimize the barriers caused by the distance. Thus the Architect is expected to work very closely with colleagues from Denmark and Poland. Occasional travel may occur.
Your qualifications:

Relevant certifications, experience with IT Operation, Cloud Security and the banking domain will be cosidered an extra plus, but not an requirement.

Your qualifications:

- Strong experience of Azure & Cloud architecture
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong coordination and planning skills.
- IT Infrastructure background
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Native language Danish - and/or another Scandinavian language. And advanced skills in English, writing and speech
