How would you like to
Our long-serving SAP BW HR expert will retire after many years with DSB. You will get up to speed and trained by your future colleague as part of his succession plan.
Join the Data & Analytics BI Group You will be part of a team of five experienced colleagues and our team lead Ida, all on-site.
Most of us focus on Finance BW. The group has responsibilities toward procurement, work environment, properties, and strategy, so there is a vast amount of data that can be explored.
We are rather diverse regarding seniority and background (banking, finance, lecturing, computer science, to name a few). We work closely with our six nearshore Polish consultants.
Together, we tackle challenges within HR and Finance.
We invest in technology, in optimization of processes, and in personal and professional growth to meet the escalating demand for data-based insights.
You will have numerous opportunities for knowledge-sharing and collaboration with colleagues across IT and the business in this role, e.g., in our user fora and SAP BI Community of Practice.

SAP HR Business Warehouse Developer @ DSB Your technical responsibilities and domains in this role are
Our infrastructure and data are cloud-based, and we are actively constructing the next generation of BI environment on the Azure platform.
You will be in close contact with the HR business and their requirements to ensure a user-oriented solution.
Moreover, you will support the Finance business in this role with the rest of the team.
So, what will you be doing? You will create models and documentation, promote robust governance of solutions, and work a lot with the interaction between SAP and MS technologies.
Your role will involve close interaction, especially with the HR department, and you will contribute to the development of the future data platform.
On a typical day, you will be working on the current reports or solutions that are on your desk. You will discuss with your immediate colleagues and get some feedback from the business on your latest deliveries.
Are you our new data enthusiast? We are looking for a software developer with SAP BW/4HANA expertise.
Your educational background can be manifold, e.g., business economy, controlling, programming, or something completely different. If you have hands-on experience in SAP BW development.
