Your role and responsibilities

Therefore, we are also looking for a dedicated sales manager to handle service and solution sales in the electrical engineering area, so we can turn great potential into increased business. In Electrification Service Denmark, we support with service for low and medium voltage electrical systems. We are a growing organization with a broad portfolio of products and services within switchgears, breakers, protection relays, arc flash mitigators etc. If you have a good combination of technical sales experience and business understanding, you have the right foundation to succeed in this position that plays a key role in our continued success. As Marketing & Sales Manager, you will have the overview and ensure that we are close to our customers so that we know and can match their needs. You will be responsible for your own salespeople, and your primary customers will be within industry, utilities, data centers and the like. You will be responsible for selling the entire service portfolio. You will set the sales strategy for the department and individual customers, focusing on both the short and long term. • Develop and implement the sales strategy with annual profitable growth within Electrification Service. • Ensure that the sales team executes according to strategy and goals. • Generate increased pipeline by analyzing market and customer needs, our installed base, in conjunction with our portfolio. • Customer relations, customer events, customer satisfaction, and coordinate marketing activities that support sales. • Participate in the quotation process and responsible for negotiation. • Develop customer solutions - in close collaboration with the back office. • Live up to 's core values of safety and integrity by taking personal responsibility for your own tasks, those of your employees and colleagues and the company. • Drive costumer focused collaboration and ensure appropriate action towards market opportunities.
Qualifications for the role
- You have several years of commercial experience within the service industry.
- Experience with personnel responsibility and management.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the design and execution of commercial plans and impact strategies.
- You have good Danish and English language skills - and can read and understand technical documentation in both languages.
- Experience in technical sales and understanding of electrical engineering solutions.
- An electrical engineering degree such as industrial electrician, automation technician, high voltage technician, electrical installer, mechanical engineer or similar is an advantage but not a requirement.
