The position In the role of Associate Manager for Operators in purification production, your primary responsibility will be cultivating and strengthening the team as we transition from the project phase to operational efficiency. You will lead with empathy and direction, emphasizing the personal growth of your team members. Your key tasks will be to:
  • Offer support and guidance to team members, assisting them in decision-making, prioritization, and overcoming obstacles.

  • Ensure the team possesses and develops the necessary skills and competencies.

  • Lead recruitment efforts in alignment with the upcoming facility's expansion plans.

  • Foster internal collaboration with fellow line managers, project leaders, and colleagues across our organization and affiliated projects.

  • Qualifications To excel in this role, you should:
  • Hold a relevant academic background, such as in engineering, or possess pertinent experience in managing a team of operators within a production setting.

  • Preferably have experience in the medical and/or pharmaceutical sector, with a firm grasp of GMP principles.

  • Demonstrate at least 3 years of management experience, ideally within manufacturing or related fields.

  • Benefit from a diverse and well-proven leadership skill set.

  • Be fluent in English.

  • You possess a deep understanding of people management and thrive in dynamic, evolving environments where continuous improvement is paramount. About the Department We are currently building a new factory with a high focus on technology and automated processes. Our department will continue to expand over the coming years as we go from the project phase to production. In this new team, you will be collaborating closely with colleagues with backgrounds within chemistry, engineering, project management, line management, health & safety, automation, and facility planning.
