About the role

[xxxxx] is looking for a Service Manager with a passion for operational excellence and a strategic mindset to join our dedicated Facility Management (FM) team that provides FM services to all [xxxxx] sites within the Danish organization, including Virum, Måløv, and Kalundborg.

Your role will be key in ensuring that our colleagues benefit from superior facilities and services. Highly committed, you will oversee our outsourced canteen, café, reception, cleaning services and other related services. Your responsibilities extend beyond service quality assurance; You will also serve as an essential bridge between FM and our service partners, maintaining the seamless execution of services that FM is known for. We are seeking an individual deeply involved in daily operations with strategic and tactical acumen, as you will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that enhance our service deliveries and customer satisfaction.

As a Service Manager, you’ll be:

  • Overseeing and managing contracts effectively to ensure compliance, optimize service value as well as maintaining strong relationships with service providers.
  • The daily contact between and cooperating with our external partners in the canteen, café, and cleaning services.
  • Monitoring and meeting our colleagues’ expectations, while proactively initiating improvements to enhance our service quality.
  • Tailoring our services to align with the evolving needs of our company and the industry at large.
  • Developing and forecasting budgets in the area of your responsibilities to plan for future service enhancements.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks on service deliveries with meticulous attention to detail.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

  • A keen interest in service development with the agility to adjust our services as needed.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, with the competence to present and justify financial plans.
  • A solid grasp of the Office suite, utilizing it to its full potential.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in similar roles or in the Service & Hospitality industry, such as hotels, event- or conference, is considered highly beneficial.
  • You live in Denmark and are fluent in verbal Danish and English.
  • The job requires a valid DK driver´s license B and a valid Danish work permit.
