In the Design & Usability Group, we are looking for a senior mechanical engineer, who thrives working with product development using cutting-edge facilities within prototyping, design facilities, reliability testing, tool manufacturing and production technologies with the goal to develop hearing instruments with a focus on hardware.

Making a true difference on our products!
You can dig deep and spare with people, but also get the big picture. That could mean to guide mechanical developers and support the planning of the daily project activities or plan and implement design work, specifications, design reviews and documentation.
“Our main production facilities in Poland are frequently visited when we do prototype builds, so you will be part of setting the scene for our final production line. We also use external suppliers and design partners all around the world. So, no matter your preferences, you will have the opportunity to do your best” tells Nicolai.
As a senior mechanical engineer, you will also contribute to the competence development of our department.
That could be:
You can expect 5-20 travel days a year, visiting suppliers and our production site in Poland.
Mechanical engineer with a knack for doing things smarter
You have a degree in mechanical engineering or similar, and already have some experience in the field.
Probably, you have experience in areas like:
We work with agile product development like Scrum and SAFe, so if you are not familiar with it already, you should have an interest to work in the agile framework.

- Defining and adjusting internal processes with mechanical development
- Maintain competence map and define direction for competence development
- Ensure knowledge sharing among developers

Mechanical engineer with a knack for doing things smarter
You have a degree in mechanical engineering or similar, and already have some experience in the field.
Probably, you have experience in areas like:
- Mechanical development and design within medical- or small consumer electronic devices
- ME integration of electronics design (PCB, connectors, batteries, radios etc.)
- Robust design (Tolerance stack-up, Design For Manufacturing DFM, Design For Assembly DFA)
- PTC Creo 3D CAD, GPS and 2D specification
- Simulation
We work with agile product development like Scrum and SAFe, so if you are not familiar with it already, you should have an interest to work in the agile framework.
