As a Training Project Manager in the Quality Onboarding and Training department within the VP area of [xxxxx] Quality (NNQ) Business Support, you will play a crucial role in developing and continuously improving a fit-for-purpose onboarding program for newcomers in the organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Leading improvement projects, collaborating with training organization, optimizing training outcomes, and drive integration within line of business
• Being responsible for overseeing project progress and preparing presentations to communicate updates
• Managing the yearly training calendar, supporting the onboarding program planning, and maintaining compliance with our training system
• Coordinating meetings and bookings with facilitators, collaborating with stakeholders, and evaluating onboarding program effectiveness
This role will allow you to use project management, coordination, and collaboration to deliver effective and impactful training solutions. You will work closely with Senior Quality Training Professionals and Program Leads in our team to identify and address organizational training needs, design learning paths, and ensure high-quality content in the programs. Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role should have strong tech knowledge and expertise, as well as demonstrated business acumen in strategy and development. Additionally, proficiency in various training methodologies is important due to the need for collaborating on strategic training projects and priorities. To succeed in this role, you:
• Hold an academic degree in business, training, life sciences or similar
• Have some years of experience in training roles withing a structured corporate
• Strong knowledge of project management, including defining targets, planning, execution, communication, and follow-up
• Are strong in using technology tools to facilitate virtual workshops and meetings eg TEAMS 365, AI, modern project management tools, performance boards etc.
• Are fully proficient in English
On a personal level, you demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills to build relationships across the value chain and display a high level of perseverance when encountering challenges, also by using change management.
Finally, you have strong organization and planning skills, along with excellent communication skills. About the Department
The Quality Onboarding and Training department is a part of NNQ Business Support, supporting management across various areas, including onboarding and training, communication, strategy, projects and finance. Focusing on onboarding new colleagues at [xxxxx] Quality, our department offers training to develop the necessary competencies and mindset to fulfill QA responsibilities.
