Because of an increased demand for our innovative and intelligent solutions worldwide, we are looking for a Pricing Manager with a focus on strategic pricing.
With direct reference to our Head of Product Management Excellence, you will become a part of our Heat/Cooling Division which is focused on delivering high-quality solutions and services that reduce energy losses. In the position as Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing strategic pricing projects and initiatives to improve product and service profitability.
Pricing Manager with focus on global pricing strategy
As our new Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for defining and facilitating the execution of our Heat/Cooling pricing strategy designed to secure profitable growth. This includes analyzing competitor pricing, acting as the ambassador for value-based pricing, and maintaining the commercial policy for list price setting, such as discount schemes and charge levels. You achieve this by combining insights from multiple markets, products, services, solutions, customer segments, and value propositions, and transforming these into simple, operational activities. Furthermore, you will support and train our Commercial Product Managers in value-based target price setting for the full Heat/Cooling portfolio.

Personality matters
We're looking for someone who is motivated by taking a key commercial role and thrives in overseeing a complex pricing landscape. You easily interpret and discover key tendencies within datasets and draw insightful conclusions supporting profitable growth. You use your openness to alternative insights, views, and opinions, as well as your excellent communication skills to build positive relationships across the organization while ensuring cooperation. This further makes you able to create commitment and teamwork while leading our global pricing strategy.
You hold a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or similar. In addition, it is a requirement that you have a minimum of 3 years of experience from a similar position in a global B2B business or leading consultancy firm. From your experience, you have gained solid knowledge of pricing and analysis plus have demonstrated your ability to develop global and regional pricing strategies.
You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish will be an advantage.

- Building pricing competencies within the product management team
