Let’s talk about the role In this role, you will be in charge of a project spanning across multiple CVP areas. As Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery and transformation of IT solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and engage with external partners to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful execution. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end delivery and deployment of the OF4F solution to meet strong business demands across the Supply Chain organization Build and manage a team of highly skilled coworkers from various fields Lead and manage a steering group with consisting of directors/VPs, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and risks Ensure alignment of the OF4F solution with Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) Product Supply Architecture through close coordination with key stakeholders Continuously improve project setup and apply lessons learned for future executions, while identifying and resolving project obstacles and disputes Implement project management best practices, methods, and tools, and constantly evaluate and enhance project delivery processes As a part of this mission, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and drive the delivery of innovative IT solutions in close alignment with the company's business strategy. You will play a crucial role in orchestrating a cross-functional team, defining project scope, and be accountable for a successful execution. Your contribution will be instrumental in managing operational efficiency, agility and governance within our digital Supply Chain - ultimately contributing to 's mission of defeating chronic diseases and transforming lives Which competencies to bring? The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements: Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field At least 10+ years of experience in project management related to the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in cross-functional projects and/or transformation programs, particularly within SAP logistics or similar domains Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, and the ability to apply them to a range of project types Proven track record of change management in complex organizational environments and driving adoption of new IT solutions The ability to create an overview of complex processes, including technical data flows and risks Exposure to formalized frameworks such as agile SAFe or GxP regulatory landscape is a plus Fluency in written and spoken English is essential On a personal level, you should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and executive stakeholders. Your analytical acumen and problem-solving prowess will enable you to address complex challenges with confidence. Moreover, your proactive nature, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be invaluable assets in this role. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcome are also paramount.
