Being cognizant about team health and guide the team to ensure they continuously improve the way of working.
Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed but developing the team to become self-organized.
Guiding the team to create high value products through supporting the team and organisation to become more customer centric and assisting them to find ways to do so.
Causing change in the organization that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team.
Helping Product Owner understanding product planning in an empirical environment. Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the product backlog to maximize value and help Product Owner in understanding and practicing agility.
Removing impediments to the team’s progress.
Develop own skills and prepare enhancements in the facilitation of Scrum events.Coaching the team in co-leadership and cross-functionality. Expert in understanding of team dynamics and how teams work.
Experienced in agile methods and practices, and how to apply them in a team context.
Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
