Would you like to work in the fast-growing therapy area of obesity? Are you ready to expand Wegovy® prescriber groups to drive change for the millions of patients around the world living with obesity? Then this is your chance, as we are looking for a Global Product Lead in Obesity Health Care Professional (HCP) Marketing. Apply now! The position As a Global Product Lead, you will work to ensure the future success of the Wegovy® and the obesity portfolio by initiating and leading the identification, targeting, and activation of new prescriber groups and contributing to market expansion opportunities across the obesity portfolio. The main responsibilities are: Drive analysis and discussion around the expansion of the obesity prescriber base, particularly for Wegovy® and the brand’s future indications Develop affiliate archetyping and go-to-market guidance to prioritise countries and/or target prescriber segments to support “market-fit” implementation Define engagement strategies to successful engage future prescriber groups according to their needs Contribute to portfolio management and Life Cycle Management (LCM) discussions o maximize the value of our obesity portfolio Financial and project management, including vendor management and costs, ensure progress according to guidelines and identify and mitigate risks Additionally, you will be expected to provide input to Senior Management decision making, support core marketing processes such as brand strategy development and launch planning and coach less experienced members of the team in commercial excellence and marketing. Travel is expected up to 30 days per year. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: Master’s degree or above in a relevant area 6+ years of relevant experience within pharmaceutical global marketing/medical affairs/sales/project management Proven track record of strategic planning and implementation within brand and portfolio management Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budget and forecasting, preferably with experience in managing CRM systems Fluency in written and spoken English As a person, you thrive working in cross-functional teams and geographies. You have a high degree of independence, initiative, and ability to make complex decisions that involve coordination with Headquarters, affiliates, and external stakeholders.
