The position As Associate Procurement Digitalisation Manager you will become a part of a great team consisting of 9 great colleagues, consisting of project managers, project associates and system experts. Together the team is responsible for driving adoption to our procurement system Coupa, continuous optimisations in purchasing and finance processes and business partnering on a global level. You will be working closely with Line of Business across the company. Activities include: Driving pro-active process improvements incl. issue/opportunity identification, design, implementation, release management, change management and training Ensuring an optimised technical flow behind the scenes to increase automation Solving problems with internal and external stakeholders on how to optimise processes and drive world class procurement You will be based in Denmark, but some travel activities may occur. Qualifications The ideal candidate has: A relevant educational background related to IT, process optimisation and digitalisation 2 years of experience within technical process support, procurement, digitalisation, or IT Experience with identifying and implementing digitalisation and process optimisations on a global scale, incl. collaborating with system providers Ability to bridge business needs to technical content and communicate value in a non-technical language On a personal level you are a dedicated team player who can collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. It is a pre-requisite that you can work fluently in English. About the department Corporate Procurement consist of approximately 140 employees based in Denmark and more than 500 colleagues globally in procurement. We are responsible for the global indirect spend in Novo Nordisk of approx. 45 billion DKK.
