Do you want to be responsible for driving the design and construction of the facilities in one of our strategic expansion projects in Novo Nordisk Manufacturing Area? Do you want to contribute to our “Circular for Zero” ambition and help us reduce our carbon emissions from operations and distribution to zero over the coming 10 years?Join us as from the very beginning in building a new manufacturing site in Kalundborg!The positionAs a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be working on a project which has high strategic importance to Novo Nordisk and will have high visibility and support from Senior Management. The job requires a high level of stakeholder management at all organisational levels in the company. Together with engineering partners and suppliers you will:design and build huge facilities for new factories be a project leader and guide a team that will supervise design and construction, acting as the owner and client in the construction projects manage scope, plan, costs and project risks and secure excellent stakeholder engagement. You will secure leadership, direction, guidance and coaching to the broader project team.QualificationsWe are looking for a motivated and proactive colleague, who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills & experiences:Relevant project management experience with at least one big construction project (e.g., related to building hospitals, factories, or complex infrastructure). At least a bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field would be desired, but we are also open to candidates with long experience and no degree. English proficiency (verbal and written). Solid understanding of project management systems relevant for construction projects. Experience with managing contracts and a complex vendor setup would be an advantage. It would be an advantage if you had experience from a large global company, working with different cultures but you could also come from a smaller company, as long as you have experience with bigger projects.Do not hesitate to apply even if you cannot tick all the boxes, as your profile might be a great fit for our needs, anyway.On a personal level, we imagine that you a natural ability to engage your stakeholders, you enjoy close teamwork and have experience motivating others.
