Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.</p><p> </p><p><strong>You will join our Power System</strong> <strong>department</strong></p><p>As our new Overhead Line Specialist you will be part of a highly skilled and dedicated team of power system engineers delivering solutions for DSOs, TSOs and developers of renewable energy. We are growing significantly at the moment, and you will therefore be able to have direct influence on defining our strategy. You will be able to test yourself on a huge variety of tasks for many different clients while you will be the driver of developing our overhead line area to an even higher technical level. We are working closely with our sister department that designs and construct the towers, so our scope is focused on the electrical part of the overhead line system. We aim to be the preferred supplier of power system engineering consultancy services for TSOs, DSOs and renewable energy developers within a timeframe of just 2 years. </p><p> </p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Set up, manage and drive standard overhead line calculation tools</li><li>Establish processes for delivering cable parameters (ampacity, sag, noise, impedances, costs, etc.) for projects</li><li>Deliver overhead line related support for on- and offshore projects ranging 10kV to 525 kV (AC and DC)</li><li>Deliver consulting and advice to our customers on choosing overhead lines, testing requirements, etc.</li><li>Writing technical requirements for overhead line systems, including accessories</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.
