The position
In Emerging Technologies we have one common goal - to timely deliver our products to patients. Our team is responsible for validation, and managing compliance, security, and data integrity on computerised equipment and other IT tasks for existing and new equipment. As our IT System Manager, your primary tasks will be:
• Manage the operation and maintenance of IT systems which includes the identifying new internal and external requirements for the systems
• Maintain documentation on the state of the equipment, including creating IT Risk Assessments, performing IT Qualifications and periodic activities (IT Periodic System Evaluations)
• Handle Deviations and Change requests and follow up actions on those Furthermore, you will follow up on vendors and coordinate activities with primary stakeholders.
Qualifications We are looking for someone that has technical flair and is curious for new technologies. To succeed in this role, you:
• Hold a degree within Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Science, IT or similar
• Preferably have some experience in a pharmaceutical or other highly regulated environment
• Have keen interest to gain knowledge within IT
• Have a systematic and scientific approach to your work
• Are fluent in both English and Danish It will be seen as an advantage if you have gained some experience within production, and/or IT; said experience can come from fulltime, student jobs, and/or internships.
On a personal level, you thrive in a dynamic environment where the priorities often change and where you do not compromise on the quality of your work and the documentation within your scope. You are a team player that enjoys a lot of social interaction.
About the department
You will be part of the IT system management team in our IT & automation department. The team’s main tasks are to initiate, drive, and participate in various IT related tasks with the purpose to ensure our production, compliance and future quality and regulatory requirements, and drive the digitalisation strategy for Emerging Technologies products. You will be in a team, where there is a great atmosphere and team spirit. We are a group of people with various backgrounds, but we all have in common to support and help each other, have a good time and to make a big difference.
