Supply Chain Coordinator Are you interested in working with Supply Chain Management, including planning of upstream and complex supply chains? Do you like to optimise raw material flow and keep the overview on capacity at several warehouses? Apply now! The position As our new Supply Chain Coordinator, you will oversee and control the process of raw materials and intermediates from supplier into Novo Nordisk Warehouses. The job includes the following responsibilities: Ensure monitor and forecasting process for incoming material – including keep overview on stock levels and project deliveries, update of stock level policies and cost allocation models. Keep fully overview on capacity and utilisation on ambient/cold/frost warehouses . Following up with internal stakeholders, like Warehouse (WH), Production areas and NN Sourcing functions like Sourcing Operations. Define and optimise processes in the supply chain and support cross-functional and cross-departmental optimisations
You will be responsible for ensuring full alignment across the supply chain by clearly communicating your initiatives, plans and analyses to decision makers at different levels in the organisation. You are comfortable making decisions and being challenged by senior stakeholders in matters of supply chain prioritisations. Your high level of personal integrity and robustness enable you to integrate different views in the decision-making process. Qualifications We imagine that a successful candidate will have some experience from similar positions, but newly graduated candidates will also be considered. To succeed in this role, you should have: An educational background in the supply chain, engineering or technical experience from similar positions. Strong analytical mindset – both in terms of data and processes. A desire to work in a GMP environment and prepare precise documentation to ensure high-quality standards. You can oversee complex issues and pinpoint the optimal solution You can communicate to stakeholders in a clear and precise manner. You are a skilled Excel user. Experience within PAS-X, Styx or SAP will be considered as an advantage. You are fluent in English. As a person, you should be able to navigate in a dynamic environment, where each day can be different. You work in a structured way and take responsibility for assigned tasks. You are a team player, who can easily interact across the organization and with our suppliers, in order to achieve common goals. About the department In API Pilots Planning and Optimisation, we are a high performing team driven by exploring, process optimisation and solving complex business challenges.. Our team consist of 15 professional working within Supply chains, Quality, Training, Lean, Digitalisation and Health & Safety. Our home base is in Søborg, Copenhagen area.
