We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Assistant to join our dynamic corporate incubator team in Novo Nordisk. The job is anchored in the Circular for Zero Incubator. We drive ideation and work to implement ‘Circular for Zero’ initiatives systematically and strategically within the areas of energy supplies and facility management in general. We collaborate across business areas of Novo Nordisk and with external partners including consultants and academia. Apply today and join us for a life changing career ! The job As a Project Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our team's efforts to plan, optimise, and track project activities, as well as assist with project management tasks to achieve agreed-upon goals. In addition, you will serve the business area CVP with administrative tasks part of the time. Examples of work tasks:
  • Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and coordinating with finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of project activities.
  • Support the coordination of internal and external communications related to the projects, including preparing reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team as needed with ad hoc tasks
  • Plan and organize meetings and events, including preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and following up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor and track incubator projects and KPI progress, identify and address any issues or delays, and provide possible solutions.
  • Support the business-area Corporate Vice President with administrative tasks, such as, scheduling meetings and planning events, managing calendar, support the on-boarding process of new colleagues and OHS coordination, among others.
  • Furthermore, you will contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process optimization and recommending solutions.
  • The job offers a wide range of tasks with numerous learning opportunities. Further, the job offers interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders inside and outside of Novo Nordisk. Qualifications We are looking for a future colleague with a background within business support, business analysis, controlling, administrative assistance or similar. Graduates are welcome. We are looking for the following qualifications:
  • A strong quality mindset, orientation to details, and a proactive and result oriented work style. Furthermore, you can hold leaders, colleagues, and yourself accountable for deliverables.
  • Can manage deadlines and work with multiple and frequently changing priorities using good collaboration skills and a sense of humour.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SAP and financial controlling is advantageous but not a requirement.
