The Product Service Delivery Assistant is responsible for working close with the team at the Base in Esbjerg.

Providing superior levels of support throughout the process of handling offshore equipment, documentation, quality control, certifications, and custom control, and ensure that our equipment going in or out of the warehouse are compliance with legal and client requirements.

The job requires both individual and team performance, and high quality and standards are essential to the job.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties (Expected but not limited to):

  • Tracking job start and end dates in planning system of record to coordinate scheduling and mobilization to/from and between rigs and service delivery locations.
  • Support data entry to business systems in use by Resources Coordinator/Manager and initiate relevant notifications to all involved parties.
  • Liaise with Coordinators and other functions to facilitate the equipment movements and monitor lead time.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to import/export and inter location shipments, including physical and system-based actions.
  • Maintain permits for equipment, transportation of dangerous goods paperwork, and insurance paperwork.
  • Complete fixed asset disposal paperwork or fixed asset acquisition paperwork and review monthly asset movements reports.
  • Support Asset Coordinator in the completion of fixed asset reconciliation tasks.
  • Support PSD activities in the location
  • Assign Operators to jobs in accordance with their competency and development plans (in the absence of a WFC)
  • Track job start and end dates in the planning system of record JMP, FDP, LC) to coordinate scheduling, mobilization, and de-mobilization
  • Support data entry in the planning system of record (JMP, FDP, LC) related to personnel and initiate relevant notifications to all involved parties
  • Coordinate with PSD Manager on an effective adherence to work schedule and balance of days of rest, vacation, and rig days
  • Provide support for field employee travel (Helicopters, accomodations, personnel lists for the client, etc.)
  • Assist other functions in the location as directed by the PSD Manager

You are:

  • Good computer and Microsoft business systems skills (excel, work, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with SAP is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Offshore business or offshore operation experience is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Shipping experience can be an advantage but not a requirement

Personal qualifications:

  • You are outgoing, independent and have good social skills
  • You must be able to work under pressure and deliver quality assurance in your work
  • You like teamwork and have the right attitude towards your coworkers and suppliers
  • You are proactive and structured with the eye for the details
  • Good communication skills in Danish and English are highly valued
