Insulin API Manufacturing I (IM1) is looking for a talented candidate to fulfil the position as Personal Assistant for the Corporate Vice President (CVP). This position is a great opportunity for someone with a high level of service, and the ability to coordinate various tasks, activities, and events in a self-driven and professional manner. The position
You will work closely together with the CVP, the management team, the department assistants in IM1 and the assistant group across API. Furthermore, you will be a member of the management team.
You will support with a wide range of tasks including:
  • Calendar planning
  • Coordinating activities
  • Invoicing
  • Hiring process
  • Planning of seminars
  • You can also expect that you will be having various day-to-day tasks, providing support to the HR Business Partner and much more. Additionally, you will be responsible for the assistant group and ensure alignment of various administrative tasks across IM1. This position offers great opportunities for utilizing your personal skills and experiences for personal and professional development.     In order to succeed in this role, we imagine that you:
  • Preferably have been part of a management- or project team.
  • Preferably have at least 3-5 years of experience from a similar position.
  • Have experience with MS Office365 and the interconnected functionalities.
  • Have a high social intelligence and is good at stakeholder management.
  • Are skilled in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Additionally, you have solid skills in driving administrative processes and organising tasks. You thrive in a work environment where you prioritise own tasks, work independently and have to be forward-looking. You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment.
    As a person we imagine that you are reliable, loyal, and service-minded. You have a can-do attitude and can effectively plan, prioritise, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. You have a natural ability to establish good working relations across the organisation and reach agreements through flexibility and compromise. About the area
    Insulin API Manufacturing I is an area with a total of 675+ employees. We are the worlds largest insulin API facility and is placed in building JC in Kalundborg. The facility includes all process steps from fermentation to purification incl. support functions (e.g. technical support, process support, QC and QA). Contact
