Would you like to spearhead the mobile and web engagement for all Nordea customers? We are now looking for a new Head of Digital Customer Engagement Hub, who will play a pivotal part in boosting our digital deliveries to our customers and employees across the bank as well as accelerate our digital sales.

About this opportunity

Welcome to One Digital where our focus is to grow our digital business on the biggest banking platform in the Nordics. Our focus is to develop digital solutions across the board at Nordea. The deliveries will cover our mobile apps, our netbanks, Nova chatbot, the platform for digital sales, digital design and digital customer experience. Though anchored in Personal Banking, these services are for the entire of Nordea, and will accelerate our time to market and create a more unified digital experience for our customers, ensuring that Nordea will become the frontrunner in the digital banking services.
As the Head of Digital Customer Engagement Hub, you will be overall responsible for these trains:
The Hub has an execution structure of app. 250 FTEs split over 4 trains, 21 teamsas well as 10 direct reports.
What you’ll be doing:
You will report to Anders Nicander, Head of One Digital, become a member of the One Digital leadership team as well as represent One Digital in various committees and forums.
