Team leader, Reworks Department, Day shift - [xxxxx] Warehouse

Our warehouse operation is growing fast and therefore we want to strengthen our Reworks department on day shift by adding an additional team leader. About the position:
As a team leader in the Reworks department you have the responsibility for a team of 25-35 employees that you have to lead and motivate to perform their best every day.

You and your colleagues in the Reworks department will be responsible for relabeling goods, that are later sold in Normal stores in Denmark and other countries abroad. Our goal is to keep this process as efficient as possible, while keeping a high-quality standard. At the same time, we want to make sure that we have a healthy work environment where all employees feel supported.

Your daily tasks will be:

• Ensuring team and individual performance through performance and behavior dialogs
• Approving work hours for employees and booking temporary workers
• Creating awareness of warehouse rules and guidelines and upholding these
• Focus on employee development and satisfaction
• Optimizing workflow and implementing new projects

Qualifications:
The most important qualification as a team leader at Normal is your leadership skills. Therefore, we expect you to have experience in leading a team of employees.

• You thrive in having responsibilities and have a positive mindset. You encourage, listen to suggestions, support alternative ideas and are able to make tough calls.
• We are an international organization, and therefore it is necessary that you are able to talk and write fluently in English.

It is an advantage if you speak and write Danish, yet not a requirement.

You will also stand out among other candidates, if you have experience working in the field of logistics and have knowledge about warehouse operations, however that is not a requirement either.

Working hours:
Day shift: Monday – Thursday: 07:00 - 15:00, Friday: 07.00 - 14:30

Place of employment:
You will start your journey with us at our warehouse North of Horsens in Gedved, but we are in the process of building a new logistics center in Hedensted, where we will be moving to later in 2023. Application and hiring process:
