We are looking for a Global Head of Landside Transportation Products in the Transported-by-Maersk product team. In this role you will cover the largest logistics and services business and drive the product vision, pricing, contracting, business planning and drive initiatives across the business and technology used to power the Landside business for Maersk. This role will be supporting this entire global business and contribute towards a massive growth in the business. In this role you will need a high degree of business, technical and operational acumen to drive these exciting new initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills in product management, a visionary approach, anchored in a strong customer and data foundation, strong stakeholder management, mentoring leaders and strong business judgment. You will be responsible for driving the business plans for landside business, how it fits in our integration journey, connection to Ocean products and be directly responsible for several top company priorities in the Ocean and Logistics business with a particular focus on Maersk's 'transported-by' product suites. You will be coordinating across key partners within operations, regions, procurement, engineering, commercial and insights. You will be working alongside senior platform and portfolio owners with will be interacting with the senior most leaders at Maersk in both technology and business. Responsibilities:

• Own the P&L for the largest Logistics & Services P&L at Maersk.
• Drive product development from conceptualization through launch creating actionable plans, work streams and tactics and execute on those in support of new product launches.
• Define and manage the product and business roadmap & strategy, setting expectations with all relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technology teams, regional, operational and other product teams, and business development partners to determine business plans, go-to-market plans and priority order.
• Ensure business and technical stakeholder needs are aligned by driving mindful discussions that lead to crisp decisions.
• Ensure clear and concise written / verbal communication and coordination across a matrixed organization.
• Create plans that have clear, measurable success criteria.
• Manage the execution of initiatives from idea through launch, while setting and managing the right expectations with all relevant stakeholders.
• Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
• Define metrics for success and failure and analyze and create dashboards for key metrics.
• Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility, ensuring your program stays aligned with organization objectives.

What you bring:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in business, supply chain or engineering.
• Strong experience in product management and P&L management.
• Logistics or Supply chain experience.
• Managing large teams.
• Working with global organizations in a matrix environment.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
• Data-oriented: Define metrics for success and failure; ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to back up assumptions and make decisions.
• Team player: Strong, demonstrated ability to rally and bring varying functional teams together, and break through stalled decision making. High emotional intelligence.
• Sound business & strategy judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position.
• Comfortable with 30% international travel annually.

Preferred:

• Experience in global supply chain industry.
