About this opportunity
Welcome to the Debt Collection Services unit within Credit Services in Operations where we are responsible for all collection related operational activities for customers. We add value as a trusted advisor towards delinquent customers and stakeholders, recognized as an integrated part of the value-chain and for securing the highest recovery rates through efficient processes without compromising customer satisfaction. Also operational cooperation with outsourcing partners is handled out of this unit.
As one of two heads of Debt Collection Denmark, you will play a valuable role in securing operational excellence by empowering the team to deliver best in class customer service, focusing on improvements and outlining process development areas.
