Team leaders - [xxxxx] Warehouse

Our warehouse operation is growing and therefore we are continuously looking for more team leaders to support our employees on both day, evening and night shift. The main task of your future colleagues at the warehouse is to handle the goods, that are later sold in Normals over 460 stores in Europe. Our goal is to keep this process as efficient as possible while making sure we have a healthy work environment where all employees feel supported.

About the position:
As a team leader you will be responsible for leading and motivating up to 30 employees in one of our departments. We believe in visible leadership, where you have time to get to know the people in your team. You will work closely with the specialists in the departments ex. coordinators and teachers.

Your weekly tasks will be:

• Production overview and daily planning in the department
• Formal 1:1 talks regarding ex. the employees wellbeing, development, performance, sick leave.
• Talent development and pipeline
• Recruiting and onboarding new employees
• Ensuring that our rules and guidelines are followed
• Creating a good atmosphere

Qualifications:

The most important qualification as a team leader at Normal is your leadership skills. Therefore we expect you to have experience in leading a team of employees from a previous job.

We are an international organization, and therefore you need to be able to talk and write fluently in English to communication with your colleagues from over 35 different countries.

It is an advantage, if you have experience working in the field of logistics and have knowledge about warehouse operations.

Working hours:

Day shift: Monday – Thursday: 07:00 - 15:00, Friday: 07.00 - 14:30
Evening shift: Monday – Thursday: 15:00 - 23:00, Friday: 14:30 – 22:00
Night shift: Monday – Thursday: 23:00 - 07:00, Sunday: 23:30 - 07:00.

Place of employment:
You will start your journey with us at our warehouse North of Horsens in Gedved, but we are in the process of building a new logistics center in Hedensted, where we will be moving to later in 2023.
