We are flexible in terms of this job location, but if based in Copenhagen location will be Hub5, in Sundkrogsgade 7-9.

Key responsibilities

In this role you will through timely and actionable market and customer insights support and drive thoughtful and well-informed decision making with e.g., marketing, customer communication, CX and sales.

You are also accountable for identifying knowledge gaps - and conducting research together with your insights colleagues.

Key tasks:

  • Run the quarterly reporting of the Customers Loyalty and Satisfaction survey (CSLS) in Europe, engaging with multiple stakeholders
  • Based on both internal and external data sources conduct deep dives into market trends and topical issues
  • When relevant, manage and yourself conduct insight research in Europe with the use of various methodologies to develop actionable insights
  • Connect multiple data points (data sources) to spot business opportunities.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate has a background in Market Research/Insights (5+ years), preferably from a B2B business, and with a MSc/MA within a relevant field.

You have proven quantitative and qualitative research skills, an analytical mindset and can deliver clear recommendations based on data.

Derogations from the above may be warranted for candidates with:

  • Extensive and documented experience developing and embedding insights into an international organization.
  • Project management skills managing different and complex projects and tasks at one time, sometimes under tight deadlines.
  • An extroverted team player with strong communication skills, enabling you to engage and influence stakeholders.

You have a strong drive, can work independently, but at the same time is a strong team player, leveraging the experience of all members of the team when supporting the business.
