Our warehouse operation at Normal is expanding rapidly, and we are committed to strengthening our Picking department by welcoming a dynamic Team Leader to join our team. About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of more than 25 employees in a dynamic warehousing and logistics environment.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to optimize workflow.
  • Ensure efficient inventory management, order processing, and on-time deliveries.
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members, management, and cross-functional teams.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate your team to reach their full potential.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to think proactively, identify problems, and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to engage and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a definite plus.
  • A commitment to safety and quality in all operations.

The paramount requirement for this role is your demonstrated leadership prowess, substantiated by experience in managing teams in previous roles. Moreover, your experience should demonstrate your proficiency in managing large teams effectively. While building strong relationships within the team is essential, you should also possess the ability to strike a delicate balance between fostering relationships and delivering measurable results.

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 07:00 - 15:00

Friday: 07:00 - 14:30

Place of Employment:

You will start your journey with us at our warehouse North of Horsens in Gedved, but we are in the process of building a new logistics center in Hedensted, where we will be moving to later in 2023.
