The last 2 years we have professionalized our HR and payroll processes in the entire organization. Today, we have a strong team across the Nordic countries, continuously refining how we work. As our new Head of Nordic HR you will therefore lead a well-functioning team and processes ready for continuing the journey of supporting the business with solid tools, processes, policies and advisory.

As Head of Nordic HR, you will be the lucky manager of 12 team-members working with HR Administration, Employee Relations, Payroll and Facility (HQ). You will report directly to the CHRO, SVP of People, Communication & Culture and be a central part of her management team. You will have close interaction with leaders in the entire business.

Your key responsibilities will be:
• Leading and managing a high-performing team; continuously empowering and developing them
• Review, develop and implement groupwide HR Operations framework; ensure well-established processes and policies
• Take full ownership of all employee relations across the Nordics
• Manage operational risk, data protection etc. Ensure correct HR master-data and KPI-reporting in close collaboration with reward/analytics and HRIS
• Accountable for the administrative part of employee journey and annual wheel and collaborate with the rest of the People organization in how we roll out.
• Be responsible for budget for HR Operations and Facility in HQ; Ensure balanced cost focus and practical solutions.
• Optimize and consolidate payroll-processes across the Nordics (a new time and attendance system is being rolled out these years)
• Be right hand and sparring partner to CHRO, and support the partnering in the business
• Ensure continuous digital development and drive efficiency and automatization
• Establish yourself as a great ambassador for People, Communications & Culture and not least Flügger
• Be a stellar colleague and leader and continue supporting our awesome culture in the team

Your profile



We expect you to have an impressive HR Operations tool-box and strong business acumen enabling you to maintain a high-performing delivery ensuring Flüggers optimized processes, reliable HR master-data, a solid legal & employee relation framework as well as on-time and on-target payroll-processes etc.

You will have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience with HR in an international business where you have helped implement best-practice and gained an understanding of what “good looks like”.

You have a proven track record as leader and manager of people in HR, administration and preferably also payroll.

You understand facility and have a practical approach.

You are cost conscious, tech savvy, datadriven and are use to being a budget owner.

You preferably have knowledge of Swedish and Norwegian labour law.

People, results, facts and kindness are all important parts of your value set. You have solid standards and principles, but also understand how and when to be pragmatic.
