Technology & Operations Manufacturing PE Excellence
Our Production Engineering Excellence department develops and maintains Manufacturing and Production Engineering strategies and principles within Manufacturing technologies & tooling.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead and inspire the direction for the PE department’s many initiatives
- Lead the set up of new levels of Industrialization in our plants around the world
- Inspire the development the framework for managing manufacturing requirements within the value chain and training in business processes in Vesta Process Portal (PRO)
- Act as manufacturing representative in Business Processes where Manufacturing is a significant stakeholder
- Identify, evaluate, propose, and deploy industrial automation across our production processes
- Stakeholder management, close collaboration with stakeholders, E.G. PE functions,and factories
- Cultivate a culture of excellence and forward-thinking by empowering teams to adopt technologies and embrace continuous improvement in every aspect of production
Qualifications
- 10 + years relevant experience
- Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 5+ years working matrix or global organization
Competencies
- You are a leader who sets visions for where you want to take the team as well as the business, who can create strategies to achieve these visions and the passion & curious attitude to see them through
- You are a leader with highly developed interpersonal skills who is a natural communicator across regions and department, and at all levels of the organization
- You have a personal aspiration and mindset to make things better
- You have strong collaboration skills and see a value in working together across the organization to achieve your results
- You are open-minded and have an end-to-end value chain mindset
- Stakeholder management is in your DNA and creating business relationships both internally and externally comes naturally to you
