Region NCE Customer Project Execution Pre-Installation Site Management

Welcome to Offshore Pre-installation Site Management. In this team, we coordinate and manage the execution of offshore projects, with an intensive focus on all pre-installation site activities. Our objective is clear: we deliver with precision, prioritizing safety, quality, and on-time execution to facilitate effective project completion

Responsibilities

  • Support and substitute the Pre-installation Project Manager, especially in new or remote markets
  • Lead daily site operations, managing contractors and resources to maintain team efficiency and motivation
  • Facilitate workflow implementation and ongoing enhancement in production processes
  • Navigate complex project environments, adapting to new markets, cultures, and evolving business needs
  • Ensure safe, timely, and budget-compliant delivery of pre-installation activities, meeting all safety and quality standards
  • Oversee resource planning, contractor coordination, and effective communication with project stakeholders
  • Promote a motivated, solution-oriented approach, ensuring team collaboration, training, and alignment with HSE and Zero Harm principles

Qualifications

  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor
  • Previous experience working within the wind industry
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, models and methods as well as process safety standards and local legislation
  • Ability to obtain and hold GWO and country specific Construction Medical check certification
  • Proficient in Office 365 and SAP, with solid IT literacy
  • Fluent in the English language, both spoken and written

Additional information

Primary work location: Denmark or UK.

Expected number of worldwide travel days: 180 days per year.
