Head up our Power Systems Analysis Discipline in Lyngby
As Head of Discipline in the Power System Analysis team, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating a team of approximately 15 specialists. Your leadership will affect the future of sustainable energy solutions in [xxxxx] and with our clients. You will ensure high technical standards, encourage a culture of engagement and manage projects to effective completion. In addition to leading your team, you will take on senior specialist responsibilities, managing critical projects that contribute to the green transition.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day people management of 15 highly specialized employees
  • Executing the department action plan
  • Setting clear targets for performance and development of your section's employees, including onboarding activities and individual development plans
  • Enhancing employee engagement by embodying strong leadership values and cultivating an effective and inclusive work culture
  • Taking on a pivotal role as a senior specialist, project manager or discipline lead on key projects
  • Creating a thriving and collaborative work environment by encouraging teamwork, knowledge sharing, and open communication.

On top of that, you will have:

  • A degree in Electrical engineering (preferably a master’s), coupled with substantial experience in managing or delivering Power System Analysis for connection of renewable energy projects to the grid
  • Comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge in Grid Code Compliance both within Denmark and on an international scale
  • Skilled team leadership and personnel management skills, with the ability to guide diverse teams effectively
  • Proffesional communication skills in English, ensuring seamless collaboration across stakeholders.
