As Pascal is in a successful growth phase, they are currently seeking a skilled and team-oriented Application Engineer/Application Technician for their Application and Compliance department. Application and Compliance are responsible for assisting both customers and the development department in product development, which requires everyone's effort to successfully deliver high-quality products.

As an Application Engineer/Application Technician, you will become part of Operations and report to the Director of Global Quality.
As an Application Engineer/Application Technician, you will play a central role in both the company's and customers' product development. You will be responsible for advising on complete product solutions that include Pascal's amplifiers, SMPS I/O modules, and mechanical solutions.
You contribute to developing the technical product solution and will follow projects from concept to final verification. You will solve technical challenges together with other engineers and with support from the commercial team. You already have good experience with application supply, test setups, and development support. Additionally, you thrive on customer interaction, as it allows you to assist customers in achieving the optimal solution for their product.
You understand the importance of accurate product documentation and contribute to ensuring that the necessary adjustments are made continuously. Quality is essential to you even in a busy everyday life, as your efforts contribute to delivering top-class solutions.
As a person, you thrive in a company with unique products for a global niche market. You enjoy interacting with both customers and colleagues to find the best possible solutions. You work systematically and pay attention to details. You work independently and follow up on your own tasks. At the same time, you can maintain focus in a work environment with many inputs. You will be based at the office in Herlev. As Pascals customers are large international brands, customer dialogues will often take place remotely. You can expect travel activity associated with customer visits primarily in Europe, with a maximum of 5-10 days per year.
