Main responsibility and tasks:
In this position, you will report to the Vice President, Performance Management, Operations, and you will become part of a professional and dedicated team of six colleagues and additionally 10 in other performance management functions. The team ensures that our performance management is accurate, enabling management to make timely and correct decisions.
In order to excel with your daily tasks and help us optimize the performance management in one of our two production facilities, you will be working closely together with the respective production managers aiming at controlling and understanding the economy and identifying measures with the potential of increasing our earnings. To be able to prepare your recommendations towards Management, you will be handling the following tasks:

How to succeed in this position?
Considering the level of responsibility and competency requirements for this position, we expect that you have 1-3 years of experience from a similar job and an educational foundation as Cand.merc or similar relevant degree within Finance/Economics.
As we are working with vast amounts of data in an increasingly digitalized setup, it is paramount that you are skilled in using financial systems and IT tools in general.
Moreover, you should thrive in working with complex tasks and be a quick learner in order to rapidly grasp the developments in both our finance and reporting setup.
Finally, we also expect that you master Excel on a fairly high level, and are fluent in English, both orally and in writing.

- Conducting analysis of variances and calculate financial impacts
- Budgeting and forecasting of P&L
- Handling ad-hoc analyses and tasks
- Constantly seeking for continuous improvement in your daily tasks and processes
