With direct reference to our Planning Manager, you will be a part of the Planning team in Supply Chain. In your everyday, you will be an extension to a team of seven colleagues: six in Denmark and one in the US. The team values close collaboration across the organization including our production site in the US, where our water meters are also produced. You will take part in a team that strives towards ensuring optimally utilized production capacity, while having a good laugh along the way.
A job with focus on planning and optimization
In the position as Production Planner, you will be a key part of securing and driving the operational and tactical planning, both on the short and the longer run. You will act as a valued advisor and sparring partner, and therefore be the daily go-to-person for colleagues in PCBA and Electricity Factory, where you will have your professional focus. We strive to continuously develop our procedures, workflows, and systems, which is why a part of your work will be to explore innovation and optimization opportunities. Your work will stretch across borders as you will partake in the close collaboration with colleagues at our production site in Atlanta, US.
More specifically, you will be:

Personality matters
We are looking for a person with a great drive who is motivated towards improving and ensuring Kamstrup’s planning processes. You have an educational background at bachelor’s level within supply chain, logistics or similar or you have a minimum of two years of experience from a similar position. You have a strong system understanding and experience with planning tools in ERP systems and Excel.
As a person you thrive in a busy environment with many ongoing tasks and your structured approach gives you a clear overview. Furthermore, you easily take the lead – also when decisions must be made, and you motivate others around you. In addition, you embrace changes and find it exciting when new opportunities for optimizations or improvements are implemented. As you will be working in a cross-organizational role, it is important that you are able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and you enjoy knowledge-sharing with others around you.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken.

- Maintaining the Planning Master Data
- Participating in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
