With direct reference to the Head of Technical Product Management, Water, you will become part of a team of 10 experienced and competent colleagues who work every day to develop and bring smart metering solutions to our markets. The team’s technical background covers a wide field from very technical profiles to others with a more commercial and strategic focus and background. We collaborate to secure the foundation of our existing products as well as make sure our new products live up to customer expectations. In the department, we value collaboration in and outside of the team, knowledge sharing, and finding the balance between technical requirements and the commercial aspects of our products.
A job with a focus on documentation and accuracy
As Technical Assistant you will be responsible for creating and finalizing product documentation, such as data sheets, manuals, product leaflets, and similar technical documentation. You will also participate in the creation of material for product applications and presentations e.g., graphics and photos.
More specifically, your tasks will be:
• Ensuring that all public documents fulfill the Kamstrup brand guide
• Ensuring that documents are given a part number and revision in accordance with ISO 9001
• Uploading product documentation and relevant product certificates to the Kamstrup website
• Designing and creating graphics for datasheets etc.
• Designing customer labels
• Maintaining the product photo database
You will work closely with colleagues across the team and department.
Personality and skills matters
We are looking for a disciplined profile educated as an office/technical assistant or with work experience within the office assistant field,
where you have gained a solid understanding of Adobe creative suite, in particular InDesign, Photoshop, and Office.
Additionally, it is an advantage to have some technical knowledge as you will be handling tasks within the area of documentation, revision
control. Whether you have a few years of experience or are newly graduated is not crucial, but it is important that you are eager to
familiarize yourself with different IT systems and initiatives.
As a person you have a structured approach to your tasks which allows you to keep an overview and always meet deadlines. You see
opportunities rather than restrictions where you enjoy and seek to challenge yourself with new knowledge and tasks. Moreover, you are
motivated by a collaborative environment where you affect colleagues and your surroundings with a positive mindset and attitude..
Furthermore, it is a requirement that you both speak and write English fluently.
