With direct reference to our Planning Manager, you will become a part of the Planning team in our Supply Chain department, which consists of 6 colleagues in Denmark and 1 in the US. We work focused on our business areas Water, Heat/Cooling, and Electricity, in addition to our PCBA production. You will become part of a highly collaborative team, where we support each other both in succeeding in our daily tasks as well as on the way to reaching our long-term goals. We use each other’s expertise, and we value knowledge sharing and sparring while having a good time as we secure the production capacity is utilized.
A job with focus on planning and optimization
In the role as Senior Production Planner, your work will center around mid- and long-term production planning focused on the Electricity- and PCBA factories, both located at our headquarters in Stilling, Denmark. You will work in extension of the Production Planner, which means that you must occasionally contribute to the short-term planning and daily operations. You will work with the main goal of ensuring timely deliveries to our customers through strategic and optimized production planning, while collaborating closely with your colleagues in the team, as well as in the production- and sales organization. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for developing and improving Kamstrups Planning Concepts.
More specifically, your tasks will be to:
Personality matters
We imagine that you have a profound understanding of production planning based on 3 or more years of experience from a similar position. This is further supported by your educational background at minimum on bachelor’s level within supply chain, logistics or another related area. You have a strong analytical understanding and experience with planning tools in ERP systems and Excel.
As a person you thrive in a dynamic environment with many ongoing tasks, you get energy from the different assignments and your structured approach gives you a clear overview. Furthermore, you easily take the lead – also when decisions must be made, and you motivate others around you, while working persistently. You get motivated from completing tasks and projects. In addition, you embrace changes and find it exciting when new opportunities for optimizations or improvements are found and you support the implementation process. You are a great communicator and enjoy knowledge-sharing, sparring, and appreciate the input you get from your colleagues.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken.

- Optimization and maintenance of master data related to planning
- Participate in various optimization projects in Planning and Production
- Support the S&OP process
- NPI planning
- Participate in the yearly stock count
