Are you a structured and skilled Data Analyst with a good overview, who can also approach tasks thoroughly? You will become part of an ambitious team responsible for data modeling and validation, reporting, and support across the business, thereby contributing to ensuring that the management has the necessary foundation to make the right decisions.

The job

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, driving, and optimizing our data warehouse within the commercial business area. In this role, you will define and develop the future structure of data (data models) and communicate and present this to the business. Your role will involve linking and combining databases to organize data for subsequent visualization and analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing new measures. Structuring, modeling, and validating data will be a natural part of your everyday tasks. In the role of Data Analyst, you will be exposed to stakeholders across the entire organization, and you will play a crucial role in the daily reporting of new sales in the business.

Your tasks will primarily consist of:

• Build and structure data in SQL
• Develop and maintain data models
• Define and develop measures
• Create reports and data visualizations to guide decisions
• Support and participate in various projects within the organization
• Process optimization/automation

Profile

We expect that you can understand and familiarize yourself with business processes and data, being a strong sparring partner. In this role, you have the opportunity to leave your own mark on your areas of responsibility, making it important for you to be proactive and naturally challenge the business with alternative solution proposals. At the same time, you are structured and adept at focusing on details. You will become part of a company in constant change. It is therefore crucial that you thrive in an environment of changes and that you can prioritize your tasks.

Furthermore, we imagine that:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree within computer science, data science, or business intelligence (e.g., MSc in Computer Science, MSc in Business Economics with a focus on data, MSc in Data Science or similar).
• You master SQL at an advanced level and have knowledge of PowerBI.
• You have an analytical approach to large datasets.
• You are a proactive team player who enjoys working with numbers and data.
• You thrive in a performance-driven environment.
• Knowledge of coding, especially Python, is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Previous experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
