Your position
You will be joining our Oil & Gas Division, where we collaborate and work together with a high degree of dedication to create the most value for our customers.
In this position you will lead a project organisation, both managing, supporting and executing daily offshore services within following areas:
You will be leading our onshore organisation who plan and prepare offshore work as well as handling materials, tools and resources.
Through mid-level and other managers, you will lead Offshore Execution which is carried out by core crews and campaign crews doing single trade and multi trade maintenance and minor modification.
Your tasks & responsibilities
Your main responsibility will be to manage and lead a large, diverse team of technical and support staff, both directly and through lower-level managers and supervisors.
This role is also characterized by a high degree of stakeholder management related to assigning clear roles and responsibilities across the board of aforementioned staff.

- Fabric maintenance including scaffolding, insulation and painting
- Piping and structural work
You will be leading our onshore organisation who plan and prepare offshore work as well as handling materials, tools and resources.
Through mid-level and other managers, you will lead Offshore Execution which is carried out by core crews and campaign crews doing single trade and multi trade maintenance and minor modification.
Your tasks & responsibilities

- Ensuring the development and implementation of short and long-term plans and initiatives
- Inspiring and motivating your teams by providing leadership and direction towards execution of projects and business goals with suppliers, contractors and stakeholders
- Developing and managing complex, multi-faceted budgets and business plans
- Ensuring project delivery within agreed framework
- Project planning and tracking to ensure deadlines are met as well as monthly reviews

- Have a technical bachelor, and engineering degree or similar
- Have 10+ years of Project Management experience
- Project Management experience from complex OPEX projects within Oil & Gas
- Possess excellent skills in establishing client relations and stakeholder management
