A role in an international setup
You will be part of the newly established Experience Planning team in portfolio and product management. Together with 3 colleagues you will cooperate with various teams and stakeholders across Demant. As an experience strategist in product management, you will be a driver in the definition of experience vision for hearing care professionals and customers.
You will be responsible for defining experiences that will make the biggest impact for customers and their "willingness to invest" with our company long term and identifying new business opportunities.
You will be creating and driving an experience strategy, that cuts across all touchpoints, ensuring the best total experience for hearing care professionals and strategic customers. This entails defining desired state of our experience offering and customer journey and provide input to the product portfolio strategy and portfolio vision.
You can look forward to a wide range of challenging tasks and, in short, you will be involved in:

You will be creating and driving an experience strategy, that cuts across all touchpoints, ensuring the best total experience for hearing care professionals and strategic customers. You can look forward to a wide range of challenging tasks and, in short, you will be involved in:
- Discover & define customer experiences for all stages in the customer journey together with internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with stakeholders, clearly articulating user and customer needs and incorporating them into experience strategy and drive translation of insights into experience concepts.
- Apply design thinking methodologies where needed. Look at the bigger picture of desirability (people), feasibility (technology) and viability (business) of design and synthesize data from multiple sources to define strategic opportunities.
- Set up co-creation workshops that unite forces and give stakeholders a clear sense of direction.
- Define and evangelize guiding principles for customer & user experience (UI & UX), to ensure top of the line deliverables from our product development
- Ensure proactive guidance of experience strategy as input to area strategy, roadmap and epics.
- In your daily work, you will interact with internal and external stakeholders, users and customers to identify opportunity spaces.
- Being an ever-present advocate for customers – and evangelize “moments of truth”.
- To leverage your knowledge you will also be taking the role as SAFe® business owner to help prioritize activities in a completely agile setup.
- Be prepared to get your hands dirty – this is a strategic role but you will also be expected to dive into the details to guard the overall experiences and journey of the customer.

Qualifications
To become a success in your new position, we expect you to possess most of the following skills and qualifications:
- Curious and with great interest in shaping the future.
- An educational background in user experience, marketing, or customer centric digital solutions – or ideally a combination.
- Experience working with designing holistic solutions across a journey.
- Creative mindset with an interest for innovation, technology, and digital tools.
- Stakeholder management and project management skills in a matrix set-up and able to set the bar for communicating and inspiring others on all levels of the company.
- Preferably some years of relevant experience working within product management, business development, medical devices, user-based development & design or hearing solutions industries.
