Your position
In your new position as Electrical Engineer in the Products & Technology division, you will be a valuable member of the dedicated Engineering team whose mission is to design and engineer critical telecommunication systems for the offshore energy industry. You will be collaborating closely with our skilled technicians in the workshop and telecommunication engineers in the office, focusing on designing electrical panel solutions for large-scale wind energy projects. Above all, your work will make a real change for the global energy sector.
Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel 0-10 days per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As an Electrical Engineer, you will take part in designing and engineering new state-of-the-art network systems, radio systems, Public Address and General Alarms (PAGA), weather monitoring systems and other telecommunications systems for global clients within the wind energy market.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As an Electrical Engineer, you will take part in designing and engineering new state-of-the-art network systems, radio systems, Public Address and General Alarms (PAGA), weather monitoring systems and other telecommunications systems for global clients within the wind energy market.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Designing electrical panels and switchboards for telecommunication systems.
- Designing solutions for UPS and Power supply.
- Providing support to telecommunication engineers in designing telecommunication systems such as network, PAGA, Meteorological systems, CCTV, NAVAID, LTE/VHF/UHF radio systems, radar systems and similar.
- Staying updated on IEC 61439, other relevant standards/regulations and ensuring compliance in designs.
- Following up on electrical workshop, subcontractors’ designs, securing technical requirements and interface management.
Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for someone who is passionate about telecommunications, wants to leave their personal mark on it, and is eager to learn and develop their skills within the field. You are a detail-oriented and structured person, someone excited about tackling complex engineering challenges and actively want to participate in teamwork. Perhaps you come from a background as an electrical service engineer and are interested in transitioning from working in the workshop to a role within an office environment.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- A degree in electrical service engineering, telecommunication or similar, but we are open to most technical and engineering backgrounds.
- Experience with electrical panels and switchboards design programs, preferably PC Schematic Automation.
- High computer skills and familiar with most standard software
- Experience with telecommunication systems is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Fluency in English, verbal and written.
