Senior Business Controller

Business partner and hands-on work across budgeting, reporting and forecasts
You will become Business Partner for Group IT, Group Procurement (The two biggest budgets of the Group Functions). Additionally, you are responsible for the consolidated management reporting of the Supply Chain across the Group. As part of this, you will develop tools and processes for tracking and follow through on performance and actions.

You will work hands-on and carry out analyses as well as budgeting, reporting, and forecasts for your three business areas. At the same time, you will work closely together with our Director, Group Controlling as sparring partner and substitute. Your primary tasks will be to:

• Be advisor and business partner for Group IT, Group Procurement and Group Supply Chain
• Define targets for Group functions and challenge performance via close stakeholder collaboration
• Deliver budgets, forecasts, and reports for your designated business areas
• Contribute to strategy work
• Develop new reporting tools for Supply Chain, e.g. shared KPI’s across markets
• Create requirements specifications for IT regarding development of new tools and coordinate development

You can expect 10-15 (primarily European) travel days per year to meet your stakeholders across our various markets. The travel intensity will depend on projects.

Solid experience within business controlling as advisor and solution provider
This job is tailored to an ambitious and energized profile with strong collaboration skills, a good business understanding and high drive for results. If you are this person, you can manage high-level stakeholders in an international landscape with an ambitious growth agenda. You can do so, because you can identify a problem, analyse causes, and come up with data-based solutions. Additionally, you can communicate those in an easy understandable way, both in presentations and in front of an audience. In addition, your CV comprises:

• A master’s degree in economy, finance, business or similar
• Solid experience within business controlling and collaborating with many stakeholders
• Experience as driver for development and improvement of tools, processes etc. (including coordination)
• A digital mindset and a natural curiosity towards new technologies, tools etc.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken (Danish skills are not a requirement but an advantage)

We are responsible for reporting, budgeting, estimates and the company’s 5-year strategy as well as business controllers for the Group Functions and the overall performance of Royal Unibrew. Additionally, we play an important role regarding integration of acquisitions. We have a good and close collaboration with stakeholders across the international organization and a shared dedication towards improvement of our existing processes and tools.
