Job Description:
We are looking for a finance assistant to join our finance team in our office in Gentofte. You will work closely together with our CFO and finance operations manager to ensure a correct and timely reporting for all our entities.
We are currently in the process of optimizing and automating various tasks within our finance team. Which means that your task will develop together with the rest of the team, and will be shaped according to your development, your interest and your competencies.
We work in Business Central with SPY as our customer invoicing and stock management system.

Responsibilities:
- Customer payments
- Sending vendor invoices in approval flows
- Bank reconciliations
- Intercompany invoicing
- Assisting with all finance related tasks for our UK, German and Norway subsidiaries
- Assisting with monthly closing
- Assisting with optimizing projects within finance
- Various finance related tasks
Qualifications:
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Thrive on working independently
- Structured, responsible and proactive in task follow-up
- Advanced Excel skills
- IT skilled
- Have preferably worked in Microsoft Business Central
